You will not post any personal information, such as mailing address, telephone number, social insurance number, or email address through the Site.
The Site, Services, and materials provided to you through access of the Site are the intellectual property and copyright works of LawLabs. All rights, title, and interest not expressly granted with respect to the Site and materials are reserved. All materials provided on the Site are available to you on an “as is” basis. While LawLabs makes the materials available to you on the Site, LawLabs expressly retains all copyright and related proprietary rights to such materials.
LawLabs has the discretion to monitor the use of the Site and its content provided through the Site without notice to you. LawLabs reserves the right to review the Site and to monitor all use of and activity occurring on the Site and is authorized to remove any portion of the Site from time to time and without notice to you.
LawLabs may, in its sole discretion, at any time discontinue providing or limit access to the Site, any areas of the Site or its content. You agree that LawLabs may, in its sole discretion, terminate or limit your access to the Site, if LawLabs determines that you have infringed the copyright of a third party. By providing these links, LawLabs is not endorsing, sponsoring, or recommending such sites or materials provided or listed on any part of such websites. LawLabs is not responsible for any third party content provided or accessible through Site. You assume all risks associated with its use and access to such websites, products, or services.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, notwithstanding any conflict of law provisions. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario in any action or proceeding related to this Site and agree that any proceeding in connection with these Terms will be commenced only in London, Ontario, Canada.
Certain Services and functionalities available on the Site may require you to register. By registering on the Site, you represent, warrant, and otherwise fully confirm to LawLabs that all information provided, as prompted by the applicable registration form, is current, complete, and accurate information. You agree to update this data when necessary to ensure it is current and accurate. Access to and use of password protected or secure areas of the Site are restricted to authorized users only. You will be solely responsible for ensuring registration information, including password and username, are kept confidential and are not shared with any other person. LawLabs will not be responsible should an unauthorized person gain access and/or use your password or account. You agree to notify LawLabs immediately of any unauthorized use of account or password or other breach of these Terms.
